lolz bernice just saw ur post... and if u're reading this, i fully empathize with u. on your post of strange ups and downs. lolz kinda outdated but yea just read e b3 blog today. i don't really claim to understand much myself nor can i give any solutions... but e next time u feel vexed abt those feelings u can be comforted that u're not e only one :)
today i saw 2 boys in the mrt... i think they were brothers. very young kids... probably younger than 9 years old. they were just goofing around like kids do... and wow the clarity of the elder brother's love for his younger brother... how he watched out for his younger bro (they were probably around 2 to 3 years apart) while playing around the mrt pole, how he rubbed his younger bro's head casually and to top it all off, the utter sincerity in kissing his brother twice on his cheek.
i wonder what will those two brothers be like when they grow up. will society's pressure put a rift between them? will they be too caught up in the "growing up" to keep alive childhood bonds? will they, as so many siblings have, drift apart?
i feel a true sadness in knowing that in so many cases, love like that has disintegrated into stale memory and nostalgia... so thx kor and jie so much for e efforts to keep our sibling relationship going... shall take e opportunity to express my appreciation :)
